please...i need help thanks to everyone who can help me!

Good morning mi name is Enrique Gallegos im permanent resident here in Australia and i would like to go to USA for 2 weeks in the next couple of months im 19 years old and im studying at the momment i got enough money to go for holydays, i have been there before i got the visa for 5 years and expired last year in march one of the things is that i dont have proof of my American visa because i lost my passport. Today i got a new passport and i printed the Australian permanent residency so my point is which visa i need to apply, costs and if its possible to do it from Adelaide because i cant travel to other places like Sydney or Melbourne because im full time student...i hope i can be able to get a new visa and enjoy my holydays.
