Firstly, i would like to congratulate for the excellent site and loads of up to date information that i have got from here.A very BIG thank u to everyone for the yeoman service you are offering here.
I have a query, i got R1 visa in Feb 2007 that is approx 2.5 months back and as per my appointment i have to report at the workplace in March but due some family problems it has got delayed however there is no problem with the workplace people in US. I wanted to know will that cause any problem in my visa and do i need to produce any letter of delayed visit at the port of entry in US.
Any other precautions i need to take and what can be the maximum time of delayed entry while going to US after getting visa.
Please help me.
