Utlilizing days out of US while maxing out Visa
Hi
Could anybody let me know if we can avail the number of days we are out of US to be added to the Visa.
For e.g I have a R1 Visa valid from November 2003 till November 2008.
I went back to my home country for a period of 15 months within the 5 year period.
Can I extend my staying eligibility by 15 months from the date the Visa is expiring.
This is possible in H1 Visa. I need to know if the same would be applicable in R1 visa as well.
Would appreciate a fast reply.
