My wife's F2 refused after submitting documents requested according to 221g white slip.VO asked bank
statements, pay slips, w-2, Income Tax Returns, degree and transcripts. The reason is not stated clearly. After 221(g) the visa status went to administrative processing for 2 weeks and then refused. Embassy returned all the documents and passport with same 221(g) letter and a booklet with FAQs for Non-immigrant Visa. No other letter is given with documents which state reason for refusal. My status is I am on OPT and my OPT expires in june 2013. But I am filing my H1 in April 2013. Should my wife appear for another F2?
