Hi! I applied for my opt stem extension and USCIS received my application on Nov 25, 2013. Since then it's under initial review till date. It's been 84 days since USCIS received my application. Is this usual or should I call the hotline number on uscis website? Go to a local uscis office? Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!
