Hello F1 Visa Rejected
Hello,
I have applied for f1 visa in 2012 for 3 times and got it rejected then after that i went to USA on H4 as my husband is working over there. In USA i joined in an university and applied for change of status form H 4 to F1 and got it approved and continued my education and know i am left with 2 subjects so took summer break and came to India for F1 stamping but unfortunately got it rejected.The interview was as followed:
Officer: Gud Mng
Me: Gud Mng.
Officer: Your passport please
Me :Yes sir here it is.
Officer: Which status Your on
Me: I was on H4 and got converted to F1 in USA.
Officer: Your H4 is expired
Me : yes but know i am currently on F1.
Officer: what is your husbands H1 status is it expired or
Me: No he is on H1 extension.
Officer: Where do your husband work
Me: IT America.
Officer: Where is it located.
Me: New Jersy.
Officer: where do your husband stay
Me: Maryland
Officer: Where do you live
Me: Maryland.
Officer: How often you travel to School
Me: Weekly twice some times Thrice.
officer: How far is the college from your place
Me: 45 minutes.
Officer: Where do you live in Maryland
Me: Baltimore
Officer: Have you registered for fall 2014
Me :Yes here is my course schedule
Officer: Field experience CPT
Me: Yes.
Officer : give me 5 minutes i will be back
Me: yes
officer came after a while i don't know what happen inside he said i cant issue f1 for today you can continue your studies on h4 and issued me 214 b form
so, now what should i do can i take one chance and reapply for f1 ..
Please help me out
