Hi all,
I am currently studying MS in USA on H4 visa fall 2014 intake in the winter break I went back to India to get F1 visa stamping which got rejected 2 weeks back due to 214 b (in eligible for F1 visa) I have an undergraduate degree BCA ( bachelors of computer application) and a MBA in marketing and IT also 4 years of IT work experience in a very well known IT company. I do not know why it was rejected due to accreditations and also there was no documentation asked at all.
Now I am back on H4 visa and started my spring semester. Can I know if I can apply for COS from US immediately what additional details should I provide to make the COS successful ?
I am already giving my parents financials, cover letter from my father, Property documents from my husband and a cover letter from him and my father in law,
I have also got my degree and work experience evaluated here in the US which says that I have 16 years of education.
