Host Family for F1 Visa Student
I am applying for a student visa. I know that I have to show that I can afford living expenses, tuition, etc. However, can I have a family host me for the few years that I am going to be studying there? How will this affect my need to show that I can afford living expenses? I shall be staying by the parent of a friend.
