My husband is on f1 he went to MBA in FDU on jan 8th 2015 after first semester he changed his major to MS in CS and also university
to silicon valley university.he is about to finish his MS in this april and also will apply for OPT.my husband has sent me F2 papers yesterday.
my husband wants me to apply for f2 visa in march 2016.i have few questions i need suggestions from you who are helping so many in getting visa
sucessfully.
1.Me and my husband both have b1/b2 visa we went to usa on b1 visa in 2011 dec. After that my husband worked in hyderabad
in a software company and left his job and went to usa on f1.but i couldnt join with him on f2 at sametime due family reasons.
in past my husband was rejected f1 4 times on his fifth attempt he got f1.3times he applied in 2003 and 2 times in 2015
2.I also finished my MS in USA and applied OPT got approved but never worked on OPT came back to india.
3.what are my chances of f2 approval as i already got valid b1/b2 visa.
4.what should i answer if VO asks me why dont you go and see your husband on b1/b2.if by chance f2 rejected can i go
to usa and see my husband on visiting visa i already left job one year ago.
5.Is it right time to apply for f2 as he is about to finish his masters in 2 months.or i should apply after my husband getting opt.
6. If i get f2 now can i travel to USA after 3-4 months on my husband getting job on OPT.as i am applying H1 this year under regular processing
does it reflect in their database at port of entry.i want to go on f2 and convert to h1 COS if h1 is approved.
7.What are required documents for f2
8.how much liquid cash i have to show during visa.is it is enough if i show 6000usd or 5lakhs inr
9.who can show this amount my husband in usa or my father or my father in law.
10.what could be probable questions in my case.
