Applying for Student Visa after 5 years, in 2016. In 2011, it was rejected thrice

I need help with my situation.
In 2011, I had applied for the F1 student visa and it was rejected thrice and i was given 214 b. In one of the interview in 2011,Vo asked me which course, i said MS in Financial Engg. In I 20 it was mentioned Actuatrial Science. VO asked me why it is mentioned Actuatrial Acience in I 20, i said it's one and same.
Now, i have received an admit from Santa Clara Univ and going for MS in Information Systems. I -20 mentioned Major as Information Tech. I'm planning to appear for visa interview in june end/july, i would like to know will my previous reject impact my visa? Also, how and what i should prepare for visa interview.
