Worked for 4 days during two CPTs gap. Unauthorized Work. How to solve ?
Hello,
I am working legally on CPT from 18th may to 24th aug and 29th aug to 22nd Dec. It just happened that 25th,26th,27th and 28th aug I was actually unauthorized to work and i did notify my company, but going back and checking I found that I was paid. Does it seem to be an issue when the company files for my h1b ? if so what can be done to fix this.
also 27th and 28th aug was weekends.
