Bank reference number not activated
today i submitted the visa fees at axis bank, delhi. I got the Bank reference number and its written on the US visa website that it gets activated within 3 hrs of issuance while we also get an email about its activation on our registered email id. Anyways, i waited 4 hrs and still got no email about its activation. Went to US visa appointment page and put in that number, but to no use as it says that this number is not activated. What should i do??? Please help. Its urgent for me to get a student visa as my classes are to get started.
