I am on an F-1 visa and my wife is on F-2. I recently got a job offer at a university and they will process a no-cap H1-B visa application for me. Can my spouse travel to our home country (India) on her F-2 visa while my application for H1-B is being processed? They mentioned that they are going to do this application under premium processing. If the processing is finished while the time she is in India, can she return on the old F-2 visa? Or, does she need new H-4 stamping? Please help me out.
