Hi,
I am currently on F1 visa and my OPT STEM extension end on July 01 2020. I have my F1 visa stamping till Dec 2020. Planning to apply for H1B this March/April. I have couple of questions:
1. If my H1B is approved by May, can I travel to India and return back immediately (before Oct 1) without any issues
2. If yes, on what visa will I be reentering US? F1 or do I need to go for H1B stamping?
Please help me out here as I need to compulsory visit India in May
