Hey guys,
I am planning on heading to the US on Friday afternoon (it is Monday morning here now).
I have a valid B1/B2 visa that has some small water damage. None of the letters, numbers, symbols, or images are warped. I am still worried about getting turned away because of it and have read some real horror stories online!
There is still time for me to apply for an ESTA as that only takes 72 hours to complete.
Does anybody know if I can apply for an ESTA while I have a B1/B2? Will applying for an ESTA invalidate or cancel my B1/B2?
To complicate matters further I previously pled guilty to a misdemeanour crime while living in the US. It was not a crime of moral turpitude. I know this may impact my ability to receive an ESTA and muddies the water considerably.
