I was applied with my university group to US Visa in last DEC 2012, - to visit Orlando, FL , After interview, the officer " He was a very rude man " and was approved it, and after 2 month Administrative Processing I got my passport with the VISA, actually my university trip was gonna cause my visa too late,,, I was traveled to US and visit my brother for 17 days, then back home, after 1 month I was going to embassy to renew my visa, the officer who was accept my visa was make the second again with me ... The INTERVIEW below :
Officer: What you see in America ?
Me: I see the Estes Park and my brother and his family,,,
Officer: You didn't tell me you have a brother in American ?
Me: I've that writes in my application, and you didn't ask me in first interview about it.
Officer: You are student you write, from where you got a money, and when you in American your brother was pay for you
Me: I got money from my father, and I was pay for myself in American I was have a money...
" Actually it's a very stuiped question I think "
Officer: What is your brother work there?
Me: hmmm,, he is a technical support and I don't know exactly I'm not interest in that,,,
Officer: He is citizen,? you have a copy of his passport?
Me: Yes I have a copy of his visa, it's here " I present the copy of my brother visa, and it's was expired, and my brother now have a eligible resident, -- but I didn't take it with me in interview, cause I think it's something rotten this interview and no information like that will requested .. " My mistake "
Officer: I'm sorry I will cannot issued your visa today, and give me a paper for refusal reason that's was " American law 214 section B "
Me: I was there!!

Let's discuss it now, I think I have a lot of mistakes in this interview, starts with a copy for expired visa for my brother,, and didn't give him a clear answer about my brother work there.
Guys,,, I will have interview again after 4 month of this refuesd it's will be again like the first interview with my university and going to trip,,, with known,, I was got the US visa and in the airport I was got resident for 6 month, and I only stay there 17 days and back,,,, I'm student here in a great university in Egypt,,
Right now Guys, what is your suggests for the new interview,,,, what is your estimated to me to got the visa Again .................!!! Waiting for replays ..
