Doubts in filling DS 160 form - plz reply as early as possibe

Hi,

This is sowmya. My husband is on H1B and im on h4 dependant... he is sponsoring visitor's visa to my parents.

1. Whose name should i write in immediate relatives? should i write my name or should i write my husband's name as he is on H1B and is sponsoring VISA. Or should i say NO as My husband is in US now and i am in India , came for vacation.

2. Should I select U.S.Petitioner or Other Person for 'person paying for your trip'. We are bearing their visa and travel expenses.

3. In US point of Contact , they ask for Organisation Name. Should i mention My husband's company name for that or it is something else?

I din't get these info from sample DS 160 form you sent. So please answer to these questions individually...

Please reply ASAP....It is urgent.
