How to fill "Other Names Used" in DS-160 without sirname

Hi,

My mother's name in passport is:

Surname:
Given Name: Veena Rani

I have filled DS-160 as:
Surname: Veena Rani
Given Name: FNU

She has used other name in past “Rekha Rani”. I have selected yes for "Other Names Used" in DS-160. Can I fill "Other Names Used" as:
Surname: Rekha Rani
Given Name: FNU
