VFS visa appointment interview information modification

Hi,

I scheduled visa interview for my mother via VFS. I completed both DS156 & 157 and submitted during the appointment boooking. Now when I just went thru the Filled Form, I found by Mistake Instead of Saying Married I have specified Single (Was Filling up the form at 04:00 AM in the morning

Now My question is do I have to take the same DF 156 or can I print a new one and take that?
