In the usa on a vwp...am in status but married a usa citizen for 9 yrs now never file anything with uscis because I wasnt intrested back then..I am in status at the moment when Ican I file i130 since I wanted to settle here now do I have to wait for 60 days remember we marry for over 8yrs now I never over stay or anthing.
