If u entered a wrong date of birth in DS-156 form, I have good and bad news for u.
First the good news: Upon calling the VFS office at chennai about the issue, they told us that we can discuss this issue with the CO at the interview and it should not be a huge concern.
Now the bad news: At the same time they also told us that they cannot gurantee that it would not affect the officer's decision.
Final action: So we had to bite it. We cancelled the appointment and luckily were able to get a new appointment, this time with all the correct info.
we did not want to take any risk.
