Hi All,
I need some guidance from the experts.
My Wife has an approved H1B petition but due to some project delays her company has not yet sent her for the visa stamping & they will send her only by March next year.
Hence i have the few queries.
1) In the mean time can my wife apply for a tourist Visa and come stay with me for few months?
2) Will the tourist visa have an impact on her H1B stamping later next year?
3) In case her company does not grant leaves more than few weeks can she work remotely from remotely from US for a month or so?
I am in a dilemma currently and would appreciate if anyone can help answering these queries.
