Fiancé tourist visa in the USA

My fiance will be visiting the USA with a tourist visa. We are planning to get married in the USA she will stay for one month then return back home to Switzerland to her full time job. We have been together for 4 years. She is also 6 months pregnant but we are planning on having the baby in Switzerland. Eventually I will like to file an I-130 for her to obtain a green card and be able to search for work in the USA.

Is there an issues with her coming to the USA on a tourist visa and getting married and then she returns back to Switzerland before her tourist visa expires.

Yes, there would be issues. Coming to the US with the purpose of getting married to US citizen is not allowed.
