first thanks for wonderful service
My brother is went USA on student visa in 2007 then he got U1 visa approval
his son is staying with us and his age is only 10yrs and his son got approval of I 797 till sep 30 2018 so pl advise me that my nephew has to apply for visa or he can directly take entry into usa.
now can me and my wife apply as a brother of U1 holder? or we have to apply b1 b2 visitor visa only. ( our purpose to drop my nephew in usa and travel usa and come back)
advise accordingly
