I am inviting my mother and father in law to visit us. They don't have a visa so they'll be applying for a B1/B2 Visa. While filing up the DS160 form, we had some questions
1. They are both owners of a business(it's a family run business). In the section for employment, they've chosen as "Business" and provided a description for it. However, it's not clear what to enter for monthly income in local currency. Since they run a business, they dont have a monthly pay check. Is it fine if they choose "Does not Apply" for that field? The concern I have is that since they are sponsoring for this trip by themselves, the VO will need some proof as to how they'll finance their trip. Mentioning that they don't have a monthly paycheck may cause issues. Any pointers on what to mention for this field?
2. Typically how much liquid cash they need to show to prove that they have enough resources to fund their trip and stay in USA. They plan to stay for about 3 months, but that might change
Thanks
