Both my wife and I are permanent residents of the US. My wife's mother recently retired in India, she is a 64 years old divorcee with my wife as her only child. We are concerned if she will get the visitor visa to come to the US and spend time with us. The concerns are:
- She is recently retired but still quite young, only 64
- She is a divorcee, so single (no family ties)
- My wife is her only child (no family ties)
But she has been given a visa about 10 years ago when she visited us in the US AND we are green card holders
Given the above, do you think it is going to be a problem for her to secure a tourist visa?
