Visitor Visa Refusal to my Parents - 214b
Hi Eveyone.
I am on my F1 status STEm-OPT, planning my wedding in July. I sent my parents to Visa as a Visit purpose.
They simply got a 214b.
1. Why are you going USA?
A: Visit and meet my daughter
2. Who filled out your form?
A: My daughter
3. Do you have anybody else in US?
A: No.
Visa refused.
Can anybody help me why it got rejected and I want them to accompany me for my wedding. Can I reapply once again with some extra supporting docs?
One of the consultancy guy said that since I am on my F1 status, the HYD Counsellers are rejecting parents Visa's. Not sure what to believe and how to proceed. Please help.
