Bringing Cousin on Visitor Visa.

Hi,

Please help me. I want to bring my cousin on Visitor visa. She is not directly related to me or my wife.

Please clear my below concerns.

1. What should I specify in the application( I-156 form )?
2. She is divorced, but passport says Unmarried, I don't think she has any
certificate stating Divorced. Does it have any impact?
She has one kid and mom.
3. What should I specify in the application form? Can I say in the
application that she is divorced.
4. She doesn't have much property except one house ( 5 lakhs worth ),
How much I can show her property has? Can we show our own property as
hers?
