I came in US in Oct-2006 on H1; My mother has shown a strong desire to Visit US to meet my kid and also eager to see few places in NY. My Query is what is minimum balance need to be maintained in bank so that i can sponsor my mother?
Also since last four months i have 2000$ average balance in my bank account.
is that we need $5000+ per person?
what Is the minimum months of stay for me so that i can safely sponsor?
