214(b) in the mail

Hi

My MIL attended the interview on 21st, They interviewed her for 1.5 hrs and took the passport and form 156 they said the passport will be sent to you by mail

Today we received the passport with 214(b) form

Any one had this situation.

BTW this is her 3rd time rejection in 2 yrs. first 2 rejections
were 6 months apart.

Any comments is appreciated.
