My parents had bought house loan for an amount of 2 lakhs few years back, and later they constructed a house on the site. So they now have a house which is been rented in Bangalore. But unfortunatley there has been no tax papers since no tax has been paid and never claimed for anyone else in that neighbourhood so far. So now we do not have any proof (papers)for the house, since all we have is the proof of document for the site that was bought on loan from bank. We do have the electricity bills paid by the tenants which is under my mother's name who is the onwner for the site that bought on housing loan. So along with property affidavit, if they are asked for individual paper for the house, please suggest as what need to be carried, is there paper work that we can do now as proof for having a house.Please suggest.
