Applying for visit visa for mother and me

I am applying for visit visa this year alongwith my mother to attend my sister's wedding. I am single(divorcee) and my mother is a widower. Both of us were refused visa, mine in 2003 & my mother in 2006. Travel expenses will be borne by me and the stay expenses by my sister.

I work for a Travel Management Company and am with them for the past 7 years. My mother is a housewife. We do not have any property in India.

What are the chances of us getting the visa?
