Joint sponsoring for B2(Visitor) visa
Hi I am Kevin. I would like to bring my parents over to USA on a visitor visa. I am married to a USA citizen and came to USA 7 months back. I am a USA green card holder. I started working 2months ago as a business developer and my wife work as a high school teacher which she started last september.
we got joint bank accounts. and we can show $40,000 in the account for sponsoring purpose.
We are planning to jointly sponsor for My parents where My wife becoming the primary sponsor as she is a citizen and she earns more than me and me secondary sponsor. Is this possible? as in the DS-154 form there is no option for joint sponsoring, it is only for one person sponsoring option.We have one tax return(Joint) Thats this year. Kindly help.
