    Applicant Signature for kid

    Hello
    I'm going for Tourist visa on 2nd Feb 2009 to Chennai consulate with my five years old kid. Since he can't sign, I signed his DS-156. Do we need to take signature of both the parents or one would do?
    I'm taking xerox copy of my husband's passport which has 10 yrs ME visa and two trips of USA stamped. Is it fine or should I take original one?
