visitor visa ...help...immediate

i'm planning to go to US in june for tourism purpose(mainly) and for visiting a cousin... i'm doing a job and have taken a NOC letter and leave from my company for 20 days... i have about 15 lacs in fixed deposits and bank to show as finances...i'm unmarried ,indian citizen...only son and one sister have good family propperty here(fathers name),also planning to getting married in dec this year...
i wnt to know is it beneficial to show some hotel bookings in advance , will it increase my chances of visa...and also should i show my fathers property ???what all documents and proofs should i take along to help me get a visa
