Hi,
I am working with company A currently and my H1b transfer process (normal processing) is still under processing at USCIS since Oct 24, 2008. Got an RFE and submitted 40 days ago. I am having a valid h1b visa (with prev company B) until Sep 2009.
I have booked flight tickets for my family (h4 visa) as well as my parents (visitor visa). Travel date is May 20, 2009 and return date for parents is Aug 30, 2009. They were having H4 visas until Sep 2009 (with prev company B) for my wife, son and 10 years visitor/tourist visa for my parents.
My Employer says upgrade to Premium Processing is a risky now.
I have two questions here. Experts answer please.
1. Do we see any problem at POE or not for my family as well parents travel.
2. If they can travel, Please let me know what are the documents they need to carry while travel (docs either from our company or from me), so that I can send from here.
