need dollar visa for visitors??

my dad was an govt employ,he applied for visitor visa along with mom,vo askd my father did u hav dollar visa card?[when we browsed .,we came to know that it was for canadians who visit usa]was it required for indians also?my hus send the documents mentioning he will be the sponsor ,then ...still we need it?if anyone know abt this plz help.bcoz my parents are plang to giv the intervw again wat we hav 2 add we dont knw.my father had still 5years service, i had one younger brother there,wat would we need 2 show them?was it encouragble 2 attend the intrw again bcoz for my mom it will be the third time n for my father its the 2nd time.im pregnt n due in 3weeks ,we nevr mentiond abt our pregnancy,vo also nevr askd abt that,as it was my first pregnancy we are so worried abt the circumstances with infant.was it advisable 2 attend the interw,to take another chance...plz giv advice,thanq
