Trouble viewing visa application status online??

Hi ALL,

I am having trouble viewing the status of my parents visa applicaton status ( given 221g pink form, administrative processing) in hyderabad consulate wedsite..... for the last 2 days it is asking for login ID and password, which we dont have.

Please let me know if anybody else has the same problem. Visa interview date was on 01/19/2010.
