Humanitarian Parole
i don't know if this section is the right one to ask question about the Humanitarian Parole, but my questions is can you file HP for anyone in any country who their country has been destroyed? If so, the USCIS website doesn't specify about any relationship, just Orphans,adoptions. Can someone help me find a better answer or websites. Thank you
