No interview dates at Hyd consulate,Can I go with Chennai consulate?

Hi I'm looking for dates in 2nd week of may.As they are remodeling the consulate there will be no slots open in May month.

According to the above link can I go ahead with Chennai consulate. Should it be urgent travel purpose? What should my parents say if VO asked about it ? My parents are coming just for tourism purpose. I want them here in early june. What reason should they mention?

Appreciate if someone can answer my question.
