Hello,
I'm on L-1B which will expire in next 60 days. But I want to remain in US for few weeks (2-6 weeks) as visitor post L1 expiration.
1) Is it possible to change the status from L1B to B2?
2) how much in advance I should apply for B2?
3) Should My COS be approved before L1 expiry to maintain my Legal stay in US or can I remain in US legally while my B2 COS application is with USCIS?
4) how long will it take to get the approval for B2?
