Hi All,
Hope everyone is safe and healthy. I have a query with regards to applying for a tourist visa to USA, and I'm hoping someone can advise. I'm an Indian citizen on a student visa in Canada and want to apply for a tourist visa to USA (from Canada) to meet my brother and his family. I arrived in Canada on Sep 2021. Is there a minimum time that I should have resided in Canada before applying for a USA tourist visa? Would it matter that since I have been in Canada for just 3 months, my visa may not get approved? Are the odds of the approval better if i have stayed in Canada for atleast a year? Any suggestions on this will be much appreciated.
