I have applied for I-140/I1485 concurrent filing for my mother a few months ago. Application is pending with a receipt notice sent and biometrics completed. My mother's 6 months stay will complete soon and I wanted to know if I need to be applying for an extension of her stay or does she automatically become eligible for stay given I-485 is pending. Thanks.
