    Spouse visa - Egates or Border agent

    I just got my spouse visa approved, do I need to see an agent or can I use e-gates (US passport)?

    I understand if I need to see an agent to get my visa stamped, but after the initial entry, do I need to keep seeing agents every time I land in the UK or can I go straight to e-gates?​
