Minimum time between visits to Malaysia?

Just wondering if anyone knows about rules for Malaysia: I'm a US citizen and have been in Malaysia one month (visa free), but going to Indonesia on a return ticket I'd already booked today. My work permit in Indonesia is not ready so I'll need to leave again before Hari Raya and would like to come back to Malaysia... Will I be able to return to Malaysia less than one month after leaving?

Can't find that info anywhere on the Immigration website. May try to ask at the airport today, but if it's crowded/long queues, it's hard to ask extra questions. Thanks
