Hi, I’m not really sure how this works but i need some help and i don’t know where else to go. I appreciate anyone who reads this or tries to help, thank you all!
So, I’m thinking about moving to and living in the US. I’m currently a citizen in the UK and i have a partner in the US, we are also planning to get married but I’m not really sure how it goes with the visa’s so that’s what i need help with. I want to be able to work asap when i move there but most of the visa’s I’ve seen take years or they don’t last long, it’s all really confusing. I need some help with figuring out what would be the best option for me. I understand no matter what i choose I’ll have to wait but i want to know which one means I’ll wait the least amount of time and i can live in the us permanently
