TLS finally replaced by VFS in Jordan

Just wanted to share the good news that VFS has taken over as the UKVI commercial partner in Jordan. Have to say TLS was a piece of **** company that created artificial appointment scarcity so that you would pay up (as much as you’d pay for the visa) just to get an appointment.
