My brother and his family (wife and 2 kids) had a visa interview this morning at DElhi consulate, the visa was rejected on the grounds that VO was not convinced why are they going to US for vacation for 2 mnths. My brother explained to the VO that they would be going around places and also spending time with his sister & family. He also was questioning that why did my husband was sponsoring the visit. He kept on saying you look like a good family but I am not convinced that you are going on vacation ???? I don't understand what they want from us....they did not look any papers...my brother had prepared for all questions ...but...
Everyone says speak the truth ...I say that also doesn't help ...the VO's pretend to be GOD ....this is first time in 11 yrs my brother and his family planned to come here and this is what happens.......
Please let us know when can they apply again and what should they change.....and what would be their chances of getting it.
We really want them to come this summer...their kids our kids have been waiting for so long
