B2 visa rejected_in may-2011 with 214(b)
Hi friends,
My parents attended for visiting visa interview in may 2011 ( chennai ) .
Reason: to attend my graduation.
They got rejected with a 214(b) form and unfortunately, i did not attend my graduation last year .
My parents are planning to attend my graduation this year and i am trying for their visa's at hyderabad consulate.
My Questions:
1) Will that be a probelm if i show the reason as graduation again? and What will be the best answer if the visa offier asks, why didn't your son attend graduation last year?
2) Is that fine if they schedula a interview at HYD consulate, I read somewhere that you can not change the consulate? Is it true?
3) There is a portion in DS-160 which asks for a previous US travel history? what will be the best way to expalin previous visa rejection 214(b)?
