can i re-use same documents for applying the visitor visa again

Hi,

My mother-in-law visa got rejected and gave 221(b) form. I would like to re-apply the visa again.
Can i re-use the same documents again? I mean
Employment letter
Paystubs
Bank statements
Form I-134
Letter to the consulate
Invitation Letter
mother-in-law affadavit etc

I think i need to fill only DS-160 form and get new HDFC bar code.
Pls advice.
